Function GetEXE(Offset:LongInt;Data:Pointer;Size:Word):Word;

    Reads from offset Offset  (0  is  the  first  byte)  for  Size number
    of bytes.

    Make sure you have allocated  sufficient  memory for the pointer Data
    or problems will arise.

    GetEXE is not really needed.
